Meet Our Team

Kilah, Technician

Kilah grew up in New Zealand where she lived on a life style farm. This is where her love for animals bloomed as she got to have experience and nurture a large range of animals.  She moved to Vancouver six years ago to be a ski bunny  in Whistler for a season.  It was at this time  when she met her love  Geoff.  She has worked in the  veterinary industry since 2003 and has loved every minute of it!  As well as living with Geoff, she has two  furry little feline members, Ashpurr and Karota.  Hopefully, one day soon she will be adding a dog into the mix.

Simona, Veterinary Office Assistant

Simona was born and raised in the heart of Europe in Slovakia. Once political changes in her country allowed her to travel, she chose Canada as her new home in 1996. For as long as Simona can remember, she has loved animals. Therefore, after receiving a degree from the University of Agriculture and graduating with honors from the Veterinary Assistant Program at Granville Business College, she settled in the veterinary field. She currently lives with two males (husband Charlie and Tabby cat Berkley) in Vancouver. In her spare time she enjoys reading, nature walks and watching movies.

Catherine, Practice Manager

After traveling across Canada as girl, and working 25 years in the restaurant industry, Catherine finally heard her calling into the Veterinary field; That was 15 years ago.  In December, 2009, Catherine rescued a handsome Yorkie named Tinker, and they have been inseparable ever since. Her 19-year-old cat, Tumbles, prefers to spend her days relaxing at home while Catherine and Tinker are at work.

Cody and Oz, Clinic Cats

Cody and Oz are the resident Himalayans. They keep us on our toes making sure their dinner is never late and coughing up the occasional hairball for us to clean up. They make it all worth it though; Cody is a big snuggler, Oz amuses us with his playtime antics.

Silver Belle, Princess of Animal Care Clinic

Silver Belle started off as a visitor and ended up as a part of our family.  She is playful and funny and more than a little demanding when she thinks it's time for dinner.
